If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can cancel the order by contacting customer care or dropping email at email@example.com
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 72 business hours, if you have paid online.
Once you have received the order we cannot cancel it.
Note: No cancellation fee is applied when you cancel your order.
Return will be accepted within 5 business days of receiving the order, if the product delivered is defective or damaged. Although our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. So it is unlikely to happen.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If request is initiated after 5 business days of order delivery
- Product is used or altered
- Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse by the customer
- Returned attempted without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged
- Serial Number is tampered
- Defective products that are covered under Seller/Manufacturer’s warranty

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
Our delivery partners then bring the package at the selected date and time by you during checkout (Note: Same day delivery is not possible, please contact our customer care in case you need same day delivery). In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
We usually deliver orders within 3 days.

You can top up your Murarkey Wallet by visiting Murarkey website or mobile site. Go to My Account→My Wallet→Wallet topup.
Enter Amount you wanna top up, than click on ADD button. You will be sent to checkout page, fill detail and select payment method (Note: Cash on delivery is not allowed for Wallet Topup). After you proceed to checkout you will be redirected to payment page. After successful payment, you can see your wallet balance at My Wallet.
No, you cannot transfer your balance. You can use your balance to shop or hire services.
Wallet Balance doesn’t expire. Your wallet balance has cashback amount, your topup amount and any other coupon cashback.
